Feeling better by making informed decisions looking beyond conventional health and supporting your body as a whole from the ground up.
Frustrating enough, the media, health and wellness industry is filled with conflicting and old information that leaves people confused and unsure what’s right and wrong, when it comes to their health. Truth is, there is no one size fit’s all approach when it comes to nutrition, diet or in fact anything else in your life. As a functional therapy practitioner, I look at each client from their individual unique prospective, meeting them where they currently are at in their health journey. Long lasting change starts, when we understand the underlying root causes rather than treating or chasing symptoms. And so many of your modern diseases are simply treated as “NORMAL” as it became the “NORM” rather than asking the why behind it.

Why do some people struggle deeply with Anxiety/Depression, autoimmunity, diabetes, low energy or poor sleep, High/Low Blood Pressure, Constipation or Diarrhea etc.? Not because it’s normal, but because our modern world has totally disconnected us, to believe that it’s a normal thing.
Ask yourself these questions
So, I like to offer you to ask yourself the below question questions to see if functional therapy might be helpful for you:
1. Do I suffer from specific symptom?
Do I suffer from specific symptom/concern already longer than 3 months? (And remember this can be anything from: Anxiety, Acne, Bloating/Gas, Constipation or Diarrhea, Weight Gain, Fatigue, Food Sensitivities, Allergies, Insomnia, Adrenal Fatigue, Autoimmune, Leaky Gut, Dysbiosis, Acid Reflux/Heartburn, Migraines, Hashimotos, Hyper/Hypothyroidism, High/Low Blood Pressure,PMS etc.)
2. What have I done to support these concerns?
What have I done to support these concerns e.g. saw other practitioners, took medication, did elimination diets, became vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian?
3. Did you see real improvement and you are totally on top of your game?
Did you see real improvement and you are totally on top of your game? – Good keep going you are one of just a few these day’s that are totally thriving through live and love where they are at.
4. Done it all, helped for a while and then my symptoms/concerns came back?
Done it all, helped for a while and then my symptoms/concerns came back? Likely, the underlying root cause was not entirely address and looking at a foundational view of your health from a cellular level might benefit you in the long haul.
